My Account

How do I register and log in for an account for the Poundland Perks App?

It’s easy to register for the Poundland Perks app. You’ll just need to download the app and then follow the simple steps to register.

I’ve forgotten my password or want to change it; what should I do?

If you log out, you can choose the Forgotten Password button on the login page to change your password. We will send you an email to reset your password.

How do I close my account and have the Right to be Forgotten?

You can delete your account at any time via the app's settings page. However, any Loyalty Points will be lost, and you will no longer have access to the Loyalty Vouchers.

To request the right to be forgotten, please call our Customer Services Team who will be able to do this for you.

Is my Perks account and account the same?

Yes, your Perks account is the same as your account. You can use the same account to place an order online that you would use to log in to the app to scan your barcode in-store.

Can I set up a joint account to share/transfer my rewards to other Perks member account?

No, the Poundland Perks app is for individual members only, and accounts/points/rewards cannot be shared.

How does the Poundland Perks use and store my data? Can they see it?

We use and store your data according to the details in our Privacy Policy, which you can find on our website. Privacy Policy (poundland.co.uk)

How do I unsubscribe from your emails?

If you no longer wish to receive emails from us, you can unsubscribe at any time in the app. Simply go to Settings and Marketing Preferences and set the button for email to the off position. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for you to stop receiving our emails. This can also be done online.

Where do I find your Terms and Use and Privacy Policy?

You can find our full Terms of Use and Privacy Policy in the web and app. Simply go to Settings and About the App and click on the link to the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.

What is the Poundland Perks?

Poundland Perks is our way for you to get even more value at Poundland - save money, earn treats, and have a bit of fun along the way. To benefit from Poundland Perks in stores, you will need to download and register on the Poundland Perks App.

How long will it take for my Loyalty Points to show on my account?

Please allow 48 hours for your transaction to appear on your account.

How can I see how much more I need to spend before getting my next Loyalty Voucher?

On the Rewards tab, you can see your transaction history and how much you have spent since joining. We will also show you how much more you need to spend to earn your next Loyalty Voucher.

What do I need to do to redeem my Loyalty Vouchers in store?

Please redeem your vouchers at any colleague-operated till or self-service tills in one of the stores in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland or online. When you do so, scan your Poundland Perks app barcode at the till.

Do I have to spend £50 in one transaction to earn extra rewards?

No, you can accumulate £50 (or 5000 points) over as many transactions as you like.

How do I convert my Loyalty Point to Loyalty Vouchers?

It’s easy to claim your Loyalty Vouchers. Once you have earned a reward, go to the Rewards tab in the app and click on the “Redeem Reward Coupons” button. Your Loyalty Vouchers should be visible in your rewards section on the 15th or the date falling on the next business day, ready to be used. Remember that they expire in three months.

You can use your Loyalty Voucher at one of our stores in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland or online. Present it to a colleague at the till and scan your Loyalty Voucher barcode from the app.

I’ve clicked to redeem my Rewards, but the form is no longer there. What shall I do?

The vouchers are now digital. They should be visible in your rewards section on the 15th of every month or the date falling on the next business day.

I’ve claimed my Loyalty Vouchers, but the app still tells me that I have some Rewards to claim. What shall I do?

We will only send you your Loyalty Vouchers digitally on or around the 15th of every month (or the date that falls on the next business day) and when you have clicked on the ‘redeem’ button. Up until then, you can continue to earn towards your Loyalty Points, and we will show the full balance of your Loyalty Points on the Reward page of the app.

I’ve claimed my Loyalty Voucher but haven’t received anything on the app. What shall I do?

We will only send you your Loyalty Vouchers digitally on or after the 15th of every month (or the date that falls on the next business day) and when you have clicked on the redeem button.

Where can I use my Loyalty Vouchers?

When you redeem your Loyalty Vouchers, you will need to scan your Loyalty ID barcode at the till. The vouchers can be redeemed in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland stores or online.

Is there any minimum spend for using the Loyalty Vouchers?

No, there is no minimum spend. However, the cost of goods must be greater than the value of the voucher, as no change will be given. When you redeem your vouchers, you will need to scan your Loyalty ID barcode at the till.

Can I use more than one reward voucher for my purchase?

We only accept one Loyalty Voucher per transaction. The cost of goods must be greater than or equal to the voucher value, as no change will be given. When you redeem your vouchers, you will need to scan your Loyalty ID barcode at the till.

I shopped in-store, but I can’t see my transaction on the app. What should I do?

You’ll need to scan your Loyalty ID barcode every time you shop for your transaction to be recognised in the app and counted towards your Loyalty Points. Unfortunately, we can’t add transactions to the app after they've been completed.

Can I use a copy of my recent activity from the Rewards tab in the Poundland Perks App as proof of purchase in-store?

No, you’ll need your Poundland receipt as proof of purchase for any transaction queries in-store or with our Customer Services team.

Can I get a refund for the transaction where I used my reward vouchers?

If you change your mind, we’ll be happy to exchange your item for something else of the same value. This does not affect your statutory rights.

My Loyalty Offers

I can’t see any Loyalty Offers in my app; what should I do?

If you cannot see any Loyalty Offers in your app try refreshing the screen. If the problem persists, please contact Customer Services

How do I scan my Loyalty ID barcode at the till using the Poundland Perks app?

Simply open your Poundland Perks app, and you’ll see a barcode icon at the bottom of the screen. Once you click the barcode icon, your Loyalty ID barcode will be displayed, so you can scan it at the colleague-operated till.

What happens if I have forgotten my device and I’m unable to scan my Loyalty ID barcode?

Sadly, you won’t be able to redeem your Loyalty Offer this time, but you can use it next time you shop in one of our England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland stores or online.

I’m unable to access the app whilst in the store; what can I do?

The app is available without Wi-Fi, so you should always be able to access your Loyalty ID barcode when in-store. If you have logged out of the app, you will need network connection to log back in. Try to get a network connection, then go on to the app to log in and get your Loyalty ID barcode.

The price is different in-store to what is on my Loyalty Offer; what should I do?

Please let one of our colleagues in-store know. We’ll correct any errors as soon as possible, and of course, we’ll honour our original price.

Can I shop in Dealz with the Loyalty Vouchers from my Poundland Perks App?

No, Poundland Perks is not available at the Dealz stores in the Republic of Ireland.

Can I shop in PEP&CO with the Loyalty Vouchers from my Poundland Perks App?

Yes, Poundland Perks is available in the PEP&CO stores in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Do my Poundland Perks Loyalty Vouchers expire?

Yes, each Loyalty Vouchers is valid for 3 months. If you view it on the web or app, it will show the expiry date on the Loyalty Voucher.

Is there a limit on how many times I can use a Loyalty Offer from my Poundland Perks app?

No, the Loyalty Offers are limitless, and you can scan and save until the offer expires. But you can only purchase 3 products per an offer on a single transaction.

How often can I expect new offers in the Poundland Perks App?

New offers will be added regularly, so keep checking back in the app to see what is available. To stay up to date, enable Marketing Preferences.

The product on the Loyalty Offer isn’t currently available in my local store, can I exchange the offer for something else?

The Loyalty Offers are subject to availability in stores in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland or online, and Loyalty Offers cannot be exchanged.

Can I exchange the Loyalty Voucher for cash?

The Loyalty Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

If I return a product which has been purchased using a Loyalty Voucher, will I get a cash refund?

Loyalty Vouchers are not refunded back to the customer as cash or as a new Loyalty Voucher. You are able to exchange the product.

How do I stay up-to-date with Poundland Perks Loyalty Offers?

Stay up-to-date by turning on Marketing Preferences in the app or web.

How many times can I enter per day?

The Spin the Wheel Competition will be available on the App on Wednesday, where you will have one spin.

Do I have to pay to enter?

No, it’s free to enter Spin the Wheel.

When will I receive my Prize?

We’ll send out physical prizes to winning customers on the 15th day of each month (or the date which falls on the next business day).

Can I exchange my Prize?

No, physical prizes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for alternatives.
