You can set the intensity of the air freshener by adjusting it. It is a Congo pack of plug-in unit and perfume bottle with extra refill that is guaranteed to fragrance your room, home and office.

Ingredients
Cotton Fresh fragrance contains amongst other ingredients:
Limonene, Geraniol, Hexyl Cinnamic Aldehyde, Linalool.
Directions For Use
Remove the perfume bottle from the packaging, keeping it upright at all times. Unscrew the top of the perfume bottle and insert firmly into the base of the diffuser. Insert the diffuser unit into the wall socket and remove the unit. Take out the empty bottle and dispose of it safely.
Warning
Do not allow children to play with unit. Use only as directed. Do not place the unit in an area where it may be susceptible to hrd knocks. If the unit becomes damaged immediately switch off at the socket, remove, and dispose. Do not attempt repairs to a damaged unit. Keep perfume bottle vertical at all times. Do not touch the unit whilst in use. Do not handle with wet hands or metallic objects. This product should not be used continuously. 16 hours per day is the recommended period of use. Unplug the unit and keep vertical when changing perfume diffusion. Do not place near a heat source. Keep vertical when changing perfume refill bottles. Leave 50cm of space around the unit to allow ait flo and perfume diffusion. Do not place near a heat source. Keep out of direct sunlight. Use only vertical wall sockets. This appliance is only to be used with the recommended vaporiser wall sockets. This appliance is only to be used with the recommended vaporiser units.
